• where sheet music/transcription or an arrangement of a piece is not already available.
• creating arrangements for relevant forces as required by the individual, e.g. a solo piece
  arranged for a larger ensemble or vice versa, piano reductions.
• adding additional parts, e.g. harmony for backing singers, music for more than one part,
  counter-melodies or duets.
• revising existing sheet music or arrangements that are inaccurate or unsuitable, e.g. where
  music is in the wrong key or at the wrong pitch or level of difficulty etc.
• creating more exciting arrangements, e.g. a more elaborate piano accompaniment.
• arrangements for school choirs, ensembles and orchestras at suitable level of difficulty,
  from primary to ‘A’ level.

Joanna has created arrangements and transcriptions that have been utilised and performed in a
variety of places throughout England, and cover a whole range of styles. Recent work includes
an arrangement commissioned by NPower for the company's promotional use.
